The reason why is simple, our Bomber, the ZX "Falcata", just doesn't fulfil my requirements. It doesn't fit me at all. With this message, I request for a permission to use your bomber technology. I think I should inform you that both ships produced at our shipyards, the Blossom and the Orchid are designed to be used by women. I doubt that it will fit you, who is as far as I can judge not female, more then a Falcata.
I am sure you would be a candidate that deserves to fly one of these ships, but we Chrysanthemums have to think about the costs the loss of one of our Orchids, would bring to our cause. A male pilot will never be able to fly this ship in the style it should be flown just because of the simple reason it is not designed for him, so we have to fear the loss of this ship and with it the loss of your life sooner or later.

If I may suggest you another ship, we Chrysanthemums got a larger number of Roc-Class Bombers flown by our pilots. A ship of this type is as good as one of our Orchids, but it is not as expensive as one of them, nor will you have to face the problems you will face in one of the Orchids.
I can understand your worries senora, but I doubt that the design will make any trouble. You need to know that I'm a very talented mechanic. I could easily customize the ship for my requirements and make it perfectly fit for myself.

Looks like you really want this ship...
1. I hope you understand that this ship is not to be used to pirate in Kusari, the Dragons will not allow this.
2. The ship will not be used against us, our allies or to commit crimes against the Bretonian Crown.
3..You will assist Chrysanthemums vessels in need of help, when they ask for it.
And another thing, I wont let you lay a hand on it, the ships design is ours and it will always remain as ours.
You will report at our shipyard, the ship will be customized there, I will order the workers to outfit it with some security precautions. I dont blame you of intending to steal our ship designs, but there isnt just you and me flying around in this space...
The ship should be outfitted once you arrive at the Shipyard. To be safe you should use our harbors to get the maintenance done, our engineers know far more about this ship than the Outcasts do.
The ships is yours if you are willed to agree with the above.
I will upload the data, that should help you to find the shipyard.
