Hello to everybody especially fellow Bounty Hunters,
I recently got back to game and start earning some money doing missions for my guild. My problem now is that those Corsair's cap ships Osiris class are pretty much tougher than they used to be so I am here for an advice, how do you deal with them? Do you have any special tactics against them?
I am cooperationg with some BHG friends, we have destroyer and two GBs but enemy is often in group of 4-6 BS and we have no chance against them.
One more thing, can someone pls tell me what type of shield is most effective against them?

Thx very much for any advice, WB.

Get a BS on your side or loads of bombers. Get rid of the GBs they're pretty useless. Get bombers instead and keep range while sniping with your SNAC.

keep the crusier at 1.7k + at all times

spam pulses and light mortars. Have your GB buddys spam missiles at their guns

For shield: either Molecular or Graviton to reduce the shield damage, Graviton is certainly best against NPC's due to their high resistance to pulses

Actually 2 bombers can solve that probem. If you don't go in there to hug a battle razor.

Are you doing your missions in Omega-15 or in Omicron Delta?

The missions in 15 are considerably easier than the ones in Delta. What's neat there is if you get the missions in the clouds up past the 56 JH, all you have to do is sit at 2.1K from the Ossies and snipe them to death. You can see and shoot them - they cannot see or shoot you.

Also, EK (engine kill) is your friend. Strafe, and keep them at range. They're going to concentrate on the highest ranking ship out there - so if you in your thresher keep your range and dodge, your friends in your gunboats can close on them. Also use them against each other - if you can keep on exactly the same plane as they are, they will end up shooting each other, since they fly in a group.

Delta can be a REAL pain, because the npc fighters can strip your shields pretty darn quickly.
