Let me understand, honest freelancer's wanting to use your ship's for honest work would have to join with your group becuz of your traditions.
But a pirate wishing to use your ships to most likely rob and kill people get the ok.
I don't fully understand, but then again I don't need to now do I. It is no longer an issue since I have returned the ship to my in-laws.
