As for your new character being out of RP -- he might have been born yesterday, but don't pretend that you were, don't think that I was and you definitely don't want to act like you think the Admins were. You've been here almost two years (since October 17, 2005) -- long enough to make 221 posts and four [AW] characters, so you should be well aware of the RP rules here.:rtfm:
After getting a money transfer to your new character, you could've purchased the following on Manhattan: a CSV, class 7 civilian transport shield and neutral ID to get to where you needed to fix your reputation.

I logged off last night while docked at Cambridge Research Station and when I logged back on, I immediately found myself inside the docking bay of Cambridge, rather than on the station itself. It was as if I had launched but the bay doors had not opened to let my ship out. I had full control of my ship, but I was boxed in. So, I tried engaging the dock maneuver, and voila, the bay doors opened and the autopilot took me out of the bay.
I just thought I'd add that result in case anyone encounters the same situation.
