Given medication is far beyond the recommended dosage, patient still hears voices telling her to do cruel and creepy things.
By now there's no chance she'll be released by the proposed date. Accommodation in single-bed room is envisaged.
Her roommate hasn't been sleeping for 3 days now, was transfered to ward 3. Further information on XXXXXXXXX's file.
Psychiatric counseling is to be considered useless at this time.

Patient report #817-05-04

Stevens had a major outbreak of hostilities against XXXXXXXXX (former LN pilot).
She started throwing furnishing and attempted to pour hot tea in the face of XXXXXXXXX. 3 nurses and 2 doctors needed to administer sedatives.
Patient needed to be straitened and had been relocated to single-bed room. Close monitoring ordered for the next 48 hours.
While relocation a short note has been found in patients room.

"Today one of them came again to the ward, nurses tried to deny it but I know they're lying. I've seen him, he's trying to murder me like they did before.
They won't get me, I'm safe. Yes, they've told me that I'm safe. They'll protect me from harm!"

Stevens' birthday, parents came for visit. She recognized them for the first time since months. Her behaviour has improved a lot.
Medication at proper level, counseling meetings are held on daily bases.
Voices seemed to be gone, no major outbreaks since 07/03.

Housekeepers found another letter in Stevens room.

"They're so stupid, doctors, nurses, agents, they all are. Thought they could keep me here for ever but my voices are smarter, they've told me how to get rid of the medication, how to fool them. I know they're still out there, they still want to kill me but they've gotta find me first.
No, you won't get me! S***ers, I've fooled you now for 5 months and you call yourself educated!
Well, where are you now? Can you find me? Try it and I will be the one who will kill YOU!"

Local authorities have been notified.
