Today, we meet someone ,Sonic ,who carried too much nomad weapon for his ship.

We asked him to stop but he refuse to comply. Our scan detect him as an order pilot.

We hope it is just a error, but if not we're asking for permission to stop and destroy him.
Currently the suspect is dock on Toledo. We don't know why the dock system allow him to dock despite our order.
