I decided to give a background story to my Council character, Amiral Arthur Levesque of the Republique de Gaule. As I said, it was suppose to be the background story of my character. I'd like to let you folks read it and tell me what you think. I've gotten some good reviews about it over skype, and I'm wondering what the rest of the community (or those of you on skype) have to say to it.
