***From: Nicholas Jurgen***

***Base ID: Elbich Mining Facility***

***To: CEO of Samura***

Greetings from the Elbich Mining Facility. My name is Nicholas Jurgen. I am a retired employee of Kruger Minerals and I have started my own mining business out in the fields of Omega 7. I am looking for a company to transport my silver ore to Narita. I have the ships to haul the ore myself, but I am looking to work with others in a joint effort to bring my Silver ore to market. Besides, I am getting up there in age and I really do not need the stress of avoiding....let say....undesireables one may meet on the journey. Through my time at Kruger Minerals I have worked with many of the house corporations in bringing our much needed ore to processing stations. I see it as a more mutally beneficial relationship if I stick with the mining and storage of the ore and let the transportation companies do what they do best.

Here is what I have to offer. I currently have the capacity to store 15k worth of Silver ore and my storage is currently full. I am also looking to increase that to 25k in the very near future. I am willing to sell you the ore at an agreed price for your transports to haul the ore away for me. We can handle this a few ways.

1. I mine and store the Silver ore for you and we set a day in which your ships come by and haul it off. After we agree on the amount of ore per week you would buy from me.

2. I mine it and, if by chance any of your captains see that I am available, may contact me and see if I have any ore available.

3. Combination of 1 and 2 above. I would prefer this method. I am looking to build business relationships with other companies and I have no problem meeting the contracted amount and also mining extra for your company.

These are the items of interest for your board to discuss if you are interested.

1. How much ore are you willing to purchase? 15k, 25k, etc.

2. How often would you want me to mine the ore for pickup? Ex. Once a week, twice a week, etc.

3. How much are you willing to pay for the purchase of the ore?

You see I believe this is beneficial for Samura and Jurgen Mining. If you are interested I eagerly await your response. If not, well I would be very disappointed and I would have to find others to enter contracts with to transport my silver ore.

Thank you for taking the time to consider my offer.

Nicholas Jurgen

Konnichiwa Jurgen-san,

My name is Marusa Ryo and I'm Samuras Director of Resource Acquisition.
One of our employees you must have met earlier pointed out to me that I might have missed a message. Sadly, some technical issues forwarded it into the wrong place, my apologies for having you wait.
After reviewing your offer, I have to say that this sounds very interesting to me. Though, the decision is one I cannot make on my own, but I will bring this matter up with the other directors. However, I'm optimistic that they share my opinion and we can strike a deal.
I will get back at you for any further details as soon as we have some results.

Sincerely, Marusa Ryo
Samura Director of Resource Acquisition

Guten Tag Marusa Ryo! I am so glad to hear from you. Do not worry about the timing of your response. You are very quick! I am glad that you and the other Directors of Samura Industries think that this is a good deal. I am quite confident that we can make this deal work.

I sold some ore today to one of your transports. I am sorry I forget the name of ship. You know how your memory starts to go as you get older. He was quite please with the sale and I sincerely hoped he arrived at Narita safely. I also misquoted the price of the ore. I told him 5500 per unit which is incorrect. It is 5000 per unit with a discount for prepayment.

If I may I would like to make a couple of proposals. Prepayment for the ore is required. I will not negotiate this point. This offer is only for Samura| tagged ships. No independents.

1. The price of the ore is 5000 per unit. If you purchase 5k of ore and with the prepayment discount your payment will be $22,250,000 Sirius credits. Any purchase of ore that is less than 5k will receive a $1, 500,000 discounted price. However, I will not sell ore to any transport smaller than 1800 holds. Which I believe is the size of your Bumblebee transport.

2. I would prefer that I mine and store the ore and Samura ships come and pick it up on the day(s) negotiated int he contract. However, if you contact me I will be happy to sell what I have to any Samura transport that contacts me. I am looking for a HARD sale. Meaning we agree on how much ore and when I need to have the ore ready.

The reason for is that I am building a business and I will offer ore to other shipping companies around Sirius and if Samura decided not to do it this way and another shipping company does, well, I must fulfill their contract first since I am on a time deadline. Surely you all understand my point.

I chose to contact Samura Industries first because I have seen and my wife Annika has seen many Samura ships carrying goods through Sirius. I see that as being reliable and dependable on getting my ore safely to the ore processing station.

I wait for your response.

Sincerely,

Nicholas Jurgen

Konnichiwa Jurgen-san,

Since inner-corporate discussions seem to stretch itself, I would suggest a trial-period over 15.000 units of ore to the agreed price of 5.000 Sirius Credits for now. Just like you, I think option 3 would work best for us. However, I would prefer 2 transfer days with different times per week to make you offer accessible to multiple shifts within Samura. Which SMT-based range would we be able to pick a time from for the rendevouz?
Furthermore I'll arrange the movement of several transport to Elbich and hand the access keys to several employees.

Sincerely, Marusa Ryo
Samura Director of Resource Acquisition

Oh what a glorious day! I am so glad to hear that you will purchase ore from Jurgen Mining & Freight. Negotiations between companies can drag on and that is something neither of us need. So, I ratify the proposal you have made in your last transmission. I will have 15,000 silver ore twice per week for your personnel to pick up.

These are the days and times I propose. Saturday morning 0800 SMT and on Wednesdays evening 2000 SMT.

The contract is for 15,000 silver ore @ $5000 SC twice per week for a total of $150,000,000 SC weekly. Your transports are to pay at the time the ore is transferred.

I currently have 15,000 in storage. I thank you for your business and I know that this is going to be a very profitable business venture for both our companies.

Konnichiwa Jurgen-san,

As far as I'm aware, at least one of our employees already managed to meet you in space after out last transmission. Let's hope it's only the start of a long business relationship.
For now, the suggested times sound acceptable to me. We shall use them for a few weeks and see whether they need to be adjusted a little bit or not. Our employees have already been made aware of this agreement and hopefully will honour it.
Furthermore, several transports have been permanently stationed at Elbich to take over the cargo if not enough personnel is available. The conditions have been set, now time will show if this business will turn out well for both sides.

Sincerely, Marusa Ryo
Samura Director of Resource Acquisition

Mr. Ryo,

I must apologize for my mistake. I was thinking about military time and my wife tried to tell me I was wrong about the time, but I would not listen. Sometimes I am hard headed and do not listen as I should. I am so glad though that I was able to deliver almost 12k of silver ore to three of your vessels.

Because of our time differences I do not wish to make the schedule to late for your personnel to pick up the ore. I would like to only amend the time for pickup for the Wednesday delivery date.

Saturday 1200 SMT (8am)
Wednesday 2300 SMT (7pm)

I hope the new time on Wednesday is satisfactory for you. If it is not please let me know and we can discuss.

Mr. Ryo,

I must postpone the ore transfer scheduled for tomorrow, Sept 25 at 1200 SMT to 2300 SMT tomorrow evening. I have another commitment for most of the day.

I apologize for the short notice.
