Greetings. I am Robert Crompton of the Neo Terran Front. Unfortunately the confusion of the past few days has postponed this particular subject, and attempts to contact you regarding it were impossible.

During the evacuation of Omicron-74, the Neo Terran Front set up a minor field headquarters on Livadia shipyard prior to the arrival of the Order Wedjat, intended as a front to protect the system from a predicted Corsair incursion. Since then the presence of Wedjat forces on board Livadia has greatly dwarfed our own, but Neo Terran personnel remain on board. Since Omicron-74 has become considerably more secure, we would like to formalise docking rights on Livadia, as well as perimission for our presence on board the station. We will continue monitoring the Corsairs from our post there, as well as staging missions to protect allied installations against Corsair attacks.

We would also like to request permission to use Livadia to construct one single Conference class gunboat, the Hinton, and it should take less than a week. This gunboat will not partake in any hostile activities, and will only attack if attacked.

I hope this is all in order.

I would like to thank you for granting the Neo Terran Front the usage of the Conference-Class Zoner Gunboat. However, I would like to confirm if we may continue to maintain a minor presence on board Livadia shipyard with the Order Wedjat. We are conducting defensive operations in the region and currently it is the only station that is suitably secured from any major attacks by the Corsairs.
