Good Day Sir/Ma'am

I'll keep this short.
There was an incident involving a pilot with what appeared to be a Kusari-based transponder.
Name of Shiro.Otonashi. Upon my arrival I was informed that she had fired upon a Bounty Hunter vessel. Unfortunately, this 'Shiro' escaped before I could get within scan range. Refusing to explain her actions, I was left little choice but to authorise the use of force. She was subsequently engaged by numerous Navy vessels, though she avoided major damage.

The only explanation I could extract from her, when contacted over long-range comms, was something to the effect of 'That Hunter was my bread and butter for the week.' Seems to me to be some form of bounty hunter herself.

Any files you may have on her or her actions would be much appreciated. I like to know who I'm dealing with.

Konnichiwa,

I am presuming you want me to explain who 'Kaizoku' are, why they were doing what they were doing, and other question which you can't be bothered to investigate. I am not a investigator, I am a servant of the emperor, and I shouldn't even be answering this transmission.

However considering I have already begun this transmission..
The Naval Forces have nothing.. I repeat, nothing to do with this situation, so stop seeking for help when you can't be bothered to get up and find our yourself.
Stop bothering other Militarise about 'events' which doesn't even evolve the military, we're more busy fighting our enemies, than running around yelling at bounty hunters. I suggest you serve your house, while you still can.
Here's some advice, ask around 'Liberty' I'm sure you'll fine someone who knows them.
