Reqeusting a Promo banner for my Casino

I am asking if any one can make me a banner for which I can use above any inrp comms i do for my Casino.

Size: Height: 200 Pixels max. Width: 800 pixels (i'm not sure to be honest but not anything that will stretch the forum screen basically)

The ship name can be used. Which is as "Casino.Liner|Harmony"
The ship is a Bretionian Liner.
Primary operations are Bretionia, Rheinland, Liberty and Kusari each namely at there capitols in game.
The character name who Captains the ship is Kim Allen.

Basic concept idea I have got is of viewing the Capitals, with a faded background of inside a Casino. I have tried to give as much info as possible for you all as I'm not great with this kind of thing.
