Nah, we got enough mercs out there flying around in our ships as it is.
Not to mention, the recent problems we have already been having lately with stolen blueprints, and misappropriated capital ships. We can't afford the chance of letting people we don't hold in extremely high regard land on the few bases we have that can actually build you a Nyx.

Buy a Raven's Talon instead, they're more fun to fly, anyways.
