Actually that's pretty much the reason why I'm not an admin anymore. Due to various assorted real life reasons, nearly the entire admin team was gone, leaving me and Matt to handle all of it. I got a little overboard in doing things, and did a couple of things without actually consulting with Matt that seemed open and shut to me, but that was from my perspective.
Doing the F1 sanctions and the cursing sanctions are pretty much open and shut cases and don't need much discussion from the team. But realistically a lot of the decisions do need discussion. Sanctions shouldn't really be processed within 10 minutes of when they're filed if there's room for reasonable doubt.

I brought up the idea some time ago of people who would be granted access to parse reports to weed out ones that are groundless, as well as give a brief action summary for each that had merit.
