LNS-Columbia for a report dated December 29th, has been sanctioned for:

5.7 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) until four hours have passed from the time of his/her destruction.

If the player respawns in the same system, he/she must leave the system within 10 minutes of his destruction without attacking anyone, except in self-defense. Other players are not allowed to attack one who is leaving.

Consequences:
LN-Mathew.Dragon: Your bank covered your fine and since it wasn't enough, your 4 Solaris guns were re-posessed.
LNS-Columbia: You were fined 250 million for your actions and all guns removed.
In short, when you are defeated in a fight, don't go get your dreadnought and re-engage. Do it again and I take the rest of your credits and jail you.

Hello there, just today I have loged my Liberty dread by the name LNS-Columbus and I noticed all my guns are missing and there is sanction notice in cargo hold for re-engaging. Now, I haven't loged that char for long time, did it today just to check it doesn't get wiped.

So, what I think it happened, that because of pretty similar names, LNS-Columbia and LNS-Columbus my dread has been caught in weapon strip aswell, I had HM and Mortar mounted on that dread, so I lost solid money while I did nothing wrong.

I did not re-engaged with LNS-Columbus, the re-engaging dread was named LNS-Columbia and I have no relations with this char in anyway.

So, I am asking is it possible to restore my weapon loadout on that dread, as spending another 50, 60 mils on getting all the guns doesn't sound appealing to me, since I didn't do anything wrong to lose them.
