The Temporary Autonomous Zoners have recently acquired intelligence that shows your vessel using
Zoner Battleship turrets to engage Independent Miners Guild ships in the Taus.
The TAZ do not take sides in this conflict and we do not debate the reasons of it, however the use
of these turrets in this manner is against our best wishes.
If these weapons are stolen or otherwise acquired through illicit means then you will be required to
relinquish these weapons immediately upon receiving this message. Failure to do so will have repercussions
that will cost you a lot more than a half dozen Zoner Battleship turrets.
If these weapons were acquired through the proper channels then please state details here.
Failure to reply to this message will result in us finding you guilty of Zoner tech abuse and measures will be taken

Firstly let me say sorry it took so long for me to get around to replying but I am a very busy man.
Now as for these Zoner Battleship turrets yes I have them and I got permission to use them from the Omicroners a long time ago ask them if you want, I've had them for months now. The reason I got them from the Omicroners was for defending Freeport 9 against the corsairs and providing it with aid. I felt I had to do something to help them *Frowns* as I thought it was a shame that all Zoners couldn't Unite for a single moment to save some lives.
And yes I use them in Tau 23 and believe me I hate going to Tau 23 that being said I cannot disobey a direct order from the 101st and they only call me when they really need me to defend my brothers from the capital vessels usually Carrier class or bigger.
Do you know how hard it is to navigate a ship my size through a rock field like that? *Chuckles* Believe me it's not as easy as I make it look.
Now Your Weapons are to be used in self defence correct? If so then I do not see what the problem is because every time I have gone there it was to defend my outcast brothers against the IMG capital ships who seem to love flying their capitals through rocks just to shoot at a few fighters.I also Need them to fend off bountyhunters attacking outcasts whitch happens on a regular basis in the tau's, in most cases if I am attacking a bountyhunter in a battelship the IMG joyn in and help that Bunter in his battelship try and kill me so in the end they only have themselves to blame in those situations (Whitch happen most often).
On another note I loved the opening of your transmission "To engage independent miners" *Chuckles* Believe me from what I've seen they're not miners they're ruthless murderers they only care about credits and they're mining in our back yard too. There’s times when I’ve seen 3 carriers on a gunship now if I happen to be in the area please don’t tell me you expect me to stand there and do nothing.
If you wish to discuss this matter further come up to Tau 37 and meet me at the Freeport man to man and we will see if we can work something out as I would love to maintain my strong allegiance to Zoner factions mind you I’ve only been allied with the Omicroners so far but I’m working on getting on your good side too *Smiles*
And now regaurding the evidence ... well not to offend you or anything but you aren't really judgeing my actions based on one single piece off evidence are you? If i was there it's because the outcast were being attacked by large capital ships ... my job is to go in put them down and then return to malta where I can continue defending it against the corsairs and bounty hunters.
For now I will not bring my ship into tau 23 untill this matter is sorted out but I will not wait forever keep that in mind, I'll give you ... lets say 5 days? If you need more time just ask.

You have stated that the Omicroners have allowed use of those weapons...
If this is as you say then we are outside our jurisdiction compelling you to stop for whatever reason.
You see, we need to take care of our side of Sirius and we take marginal responsibility for the use
of Zoner equipment down this way. When someone approaches us over our weapons being used against them
we need to do our due diligence in getting this issue resolved. This message is us doing our due
diligence. Those weapons were manufactured and given out by the Omicroners so you are effectively their problem.
Not that you would intentionally be a problem but you catch my drift.
All I can do is ask that you be considerate of the Zoner populace when using those weapons if you werent doing
so already. You know, the whole dont shoot at us and all that.

As I have already said I only use them weapons to defend my brothers or if given the order to do so by a 101st in which case I have no choice in the matter. As it is I a rarely venture into tau 23 because the rocks there cause heavy dammage to my ship and as a result the repair bills are always costly when I return to Malta.
Naturally I understand how a man in your position must be seen to do something and I was half expecting this transmission to come through to me one day .... those IMG folk will cry about anything whats ironic is I could still be just as devestateing with ordinary Battelship turrets I just use Zoner Battelship turrets cause I love the green colour *Smiles*.
