File: The Role of Freelancer, Mercs, Hunters, Criminals in the The "False Miner" Dublin Bounty Crisis

Dublin has always been a hot zone for trouble. But at least you knew who is who. Who is your enemy. Who is your friend. Who is neutral. That's the past.

With the beginning of the Dublin Bounty Crisis (after a huge amount of money was posted on more than 30 targets operating in Dublin by the "False Miner"), this has changed.

A large number of Mercenaries, Freelancers, Bounty Hunters and Criminals has come to Dublin and nobody really knows who is who any more. So there is chaos in a region that has already seen enough trouble.

The Watchful Observer compilates a list of Name, Ship Type, Ship ID, IFF Transponder Readings and Crimes/Actions committed on the activities of these persons.

This list was offered to Bretonian Authorities, but they were hardly interested in protecting their companies and people or in bringing the criminals to justice.

So I guess it's up to those who are interested to be able to protect themselves and their friends by knowing who is a dirtbag who will shoot a miner for the money offered by a criminal.



To give you an idea of what this list looks like:

A. unlawful / unscrupulous proven to go for the Dublin Crisis bounties:

1. =deleted name= (Merc, Sabre, Codenames): attacked bountied with =deleted name= and =deleted name=, attacks on Brets
   
2. =deleted name=(Merc, Nyx - soon Sabre): works with =deleted name=, attacks on Brets
   
3. =deleted name=(Outcast, Sabre): admitted openly that he hunts, attacks on Brets
   

Content:

• <strike>10</strike> 12 proven unlawful individuals that operate on the Dublin bounties (and appear white for you)
  
• <strike>7</strike> 10 badly dangerous individuals operating in Dublin (likely appearing neutral to you)
  
• 7 lawful individuals operating in Dublin
  

The list is constantly being updated and the new version will be made available to you after completion, if you have bought it once.

Price for the File: 100 000 credits - 1 million credits (your decision) <= UPDATED

Provide image proof of the transfer

Keep you and your beloved ones safe. Know what is going to happen next if you see a Ship appear on your radar.

#OORP: The data isn't taken from the Bounty List (it doesn't exist in this detail) but is collected by actual presence and RP in Dublin. So no metagaming on my part. =)

#OORP 2: Please don't metagame me too much. I just didn't want to make a new anonymous forum account, etc... if your character has good ingame reasons to know who the observer might be, fine. I'm looking forward to the consequences and the following rp! And basically it is intended to be found out... doing something anonymously is just no fun. *g*

Good day Sir

You make it appear that the false miner is a bad person, however it is the inhabitants of Dublin who are the criminals. Most of Sirius is struggling in these times finding it hard to survive on what little they have. They go to work all day and make next to nothing. All the people in Dublin do is mine for gold, making them rich beyond belief for next to no effort. The false miner is not particularly trying to kill them all, just trying to scare them away so someone who deserves it can make some money. I see you are trying to make money by selling the names of the people hunting them, but I believe it would help no one. That is all I have to say.

Unknown Sir, it's your opinion on the issue and I don't share it. Just look at the official files to find out that the person who pays for the onslaught is a wanted criminal. But let's not get into a discussion here because it's no use. I've made up my mind on this issue.

You said that I am doing this for selfish reasons - namely money.

I decreased the price of the information, just to prove that it's not done for the money. It's very much personal. But a person with your twisted view of Sirius will not understand my motives, even if I tried to explain them, which I will not.

And if your P.S. line was meant as a threat, I can't care less. I'm prepared for repercussions. And if it was not a threat, feel free to be my guest whenever you meet me.

> 10 bad boys that appear neutral to you on sensors
> 7 lawful / semilawfuls

Miners, traders, invest these 100 000 to 1 million credits and buy yourself the time to react and save your ship, cargo and perhaps life when the names pop up suddenly.
