Today I came across a ship, call-sign "Fuyu" in the vicinity of Baltimore Shipyards, New York. He was aboard a Kusarian "Chimaera" class vessel, spouting the IFF codes of their naval forces, and the weaponry of your enemies, Rheinland.

I felt it necessary to trouble you with this information, good sirs, because this was not your apparent garden-variety idiot with stolen hardware. He was well versed, and flew with a purpose towards Manhattan.
