Evenin'... I wish it was a good one..

This afternoon whilst on a normal patrol through Dublin i came across Ensign.Cogworks swearing through the normal system global communications pilot.
After i gave an order to cease all communications and report for inspection Cogworks in question disregarded my senior authority and carried on insulting everyone in Dublin with the foulest words that i've never heard even come from a pirate.

I hope giving this evidence the Internal Affairs Office can contact the Admiralty Board Office and in hope this Ensign is punished accordingly.
