Now it has come to our attention recently, that certain pilots feel they are allowed to dock, because of certain
paperwork deficiencies on their part, on any bases they feel like, regardless of whether the authorities would
in fact grant them access.
This continuing situation will cease, or our executives will be checking the paperwork very closely, and will be
amending all discrepancies found, possibly levying fines and making re-possessions in the process.
This will not only apply to the unlawful element, but will also be directed at the grey areas of mercenary folk
who claim to be taking 'bounties' on the security services, the issuing of which, there is no trace ...
These gentlemen will find their lives becoming untenable around those they claim to be hunting for money.
Any security forces pilots found dealing with the seamier side of Sirius will be dealt with in the same way.
