6.7 Attacking transports, liners or demanding cargo from the same is not allowed for cruisers and battleships.

Exceptions to this rule are:

a) Terrorist, Nomad, Wild, Phantom ID players;
b) LSF or Liberty Navy Guard vessels operating within Zone 21 or Alaska;
c) Order Guard vessels operating within Alaska or Omicron Minor;
d) Blood Dragon Guard vessels within Chugoku;
e) Corsair Guard vessels within Omicron Gamma;
f) Outcast Guard vessels within Omicron Alpha;
g) Guard ID players in their -own- associated Guard system.
h) Special OP players within the guidelines of their approved RP.

Here we go again. Do you remember this ship? Sure you do! Yes, the one you've sold.

I am human and may do mistakes by sanctioning the buyer of your ship. But with a bit of time and effort I was able to track it down to your account.

You do not get the big guns out and shoot at traders or miners. Nor do you demand credits from them.

Consequences:
-100million credits fined from this account.
-Notification in hold (and cleared)

Thanks a lot for being so quickly in sending the evidence.

And I agree, the incident needs to be sanctioned, no question.
But as the craft comitting the crime was a corsair cruiser, and Convoy dont use them at all, and the |Convoy|.HMS-Tiger_Claw is/was a Bretonian Gunboat... dont you think the faction is set in the wrong light in this case?

As the offense didn't have anything to do with Convoy, and it dont look nice at all, from my side of view.

Indeed. The faction |Convoy| has NOTHING to do with the sanction. It is the player behind this ship.
The reason why I had to pick the ship |Convoy|.HMS-Tiger_Claw was because of the fact that said player sold the corsair cruiser afterwards.

So I was forced to pick the nearest relation on the account where the violation took place.
This ship (has) had money and is active.
