The people of the Bundschuh, being dissatisfied with the leadership of the Bundschuh High Council, and requiring more action on the part of said Council, put forth this petition of demands. Not to deny the values that the Council has upheld for so many years, but rather to induce action on the part of the Council to further the cause and strengthen the Rheinland revolution. No disrespect or lack of gratitude for the Council's accomplishments for the Rheinland people is intended.

The following are our demands:

1. That the Council be reorganized to consist of representatives elected by the Bundschuh people, as well as the Elders of which the Council currently consists.

2. That all sessions held by the Council be open to all Bundschuh citizens.

3. That the Council renegotiate the alliances with the Red Hessians and Unioners to include the following:
a - The Red Hessians will allow the Bundschuh to purchase any of their available ships and equipment.
b - The Bundschuh will be more involved in planning and carrying out attacks on Rheinland targets.

If the current Council is unwilling to comply with these demands, they will be replaced by only the delegates elected by the people. The wisdom of the Council Elders is respected by the people, but their lack of action towards the causes that unite the Bundschuh people, has given cause to demand reform.

The Bundschuh await the Coucil's response.

This petition is endorsed by the following members of the Haus der Ripplinger:

Janos
Tomas
Pietr
