Since Leeds became a war system, Refugees are waiting to go secure places.
I offer them a secure life, also in a moving Freeport.
I would like to have a special permission to enter Bretonia System, move refugees, also supplying your systems which cargo you need. Nobody wants Bretonian Refugees die because of pirates, so moving them securely is the best option.
In generally I am asking for the permission to enter Bretonian Space with my Jinkusu Class Battleship.

I'm glad to hear about you, but you missed that this Message should go directly to the Bretonian Armed Forces High Command.
So I was thinking to get a Message from the Admiral, or so.
Sir Fraser is an Admiral in the Bretonian Armed Forces.
His answer, though impolite (and I do apologize for his rudeness) does reflect our current policy regarding foreign capital ships in Bretonia, with very few exceptions made.
