Greetings esteemed Leaders of the Bretonian Military. My name is Commander Payne.
Over the past year or so I have received a staggering amount of transmissions from BAF, BMM, IMG, Mollys, Outcasts, Corsairs, and others talking about a new presence of Nomads in Dublin. Now from what I understand you have your own group called the IAB which deals with these sorts of things. And also from what I hear, they are very good at their job. However all of Sirius is in danger from the Nomads and it is the Orders duty to hold this threat in check by peace or by force. Due to our number of ships in Omicron Minor the Nomads have lost interest in that system. But I believe they are regrouping in Chester and are preparing an attack against Bretonia, Dublin in particular. For this reason, I humbly request the Leaders of the Bretonian Military to grant my vessal access to Dublin. My vessal, a GEB, would be under the command of the IAB. I would follow their orders if any are around, and when none are around, my vessal would be on a conservative approach when it comes to nomads. My vessal would also avoid as much possible contact with the rest of Dublin.
