Subject: A proposition for you.
Greetings Ladies and Gentlemen,
I wish that this message reaches you safely and I wish that you, yourself are in excellent condition.
Anyway down to business as you may know that Bretonia is facing a severe and harsh fuel shortage that has effectively grounded some civilian wide activities, whilst other parts of the general population are facing severe restrictions on space flight. As a result this has had a knock on affect on Bretonia's economy. Our experts predict that the worst case scenario would see Bretonia get wiped off the face of Sirius.
Now whilst we could get some H-Fuel from Rheinland their current scrap with Liberty has also severely affected the amount in which they can export to Bretonia and with them now being severely un-cooperative with us on other goods. I can foresee a time quite shortly in which Rheinland will shut down their economical border with Bretonia.
However thankfully I have you the Gas Miners Guild the only supplier of H-fuel that could supply Bretonia with enough for our need as well as being a stable enough supplier.
I am asking quite simply for negotiations to occur between Borderworlds Exports and the Gas Miners Guild whether that is in person or over the neural net.
I know the majority of your staff may not trust us due to the current war with kusari but I implore you please trust us as we need this fuel urgently if not for our military but for our economy.

Now I know I'm not one to stand on ceremony, but I do pay the courtesy of at least returning calls and messages. I hope that you all are well also just called away on business and such haven't had a chance to peruse the message I sent earlier, else a lack of decorum may well be in order.
Hopefully you'll get this message and respond soon.

Subject: Fuel distribution to Bretonnia
Priority: Normal
Message reads:
Konban-wa Liam-san,
We have received your message, over and over. We have poured over our records over and over. Our conclusion is that we have no idea what you are talking about. Our records indicate that the only house with a fuel problem is Liberty, not Bretonia. The war that has gone on between both Bretonia and Kusari has indeed had a major impact on the ability to bring fuel to Bretonia as our distributors, Kishiro, were no longer able to enter Bretonia. This resulted in Bretonia needing to procur it's fuel resources through well supplied third parties in Liberty. But this all came to an end when both GMG and Rheinland have not only agreed to re-open the border between the Sigmas and Rheinland but GMG has also signed RepEx under it's wing as a second distributor. This not only assists GMG with an infrastructure to match our rapid expansion of industrial developments but it also finally provided a resolution to the Bretonian fuel problem. RepEx is GMG's liscensed distributor of H-fuel and Plutonium for Rheinland, Bretonia and the developed inner Omegas that connect the two while Kishiro remains the H-fuel distributor for Kusari, Liberty and the inner Taus while also receiving Plutonium in their distribution contract as well. So currently as it stands we are quite confidant that Bretonia is receiving it's full quota from GMG that covers trade, defence and recreation too.
Now, don't be disheartened on what is on the surface a denial of trade agreements. It is currently a denial but it appears it may not permanently remain as such. As you may know there is a bit of friction between Kusari and Liberty right now. This has lead to an embargo that Kusari placed on Liberty from its border. This embargo includes the two commodities that is the meat and potatoes of our industry. H-Fuel and Plutonium. What we are experiencing is one of our distributors is effectively defaulting on their end of our distributor contract. It's enough to make me lose sleep at night and I like my sleep, very much. Still GMG is not quick to casually toss distributors aside nor were we quick to add a second one. It took years of Samura instigation before we had enough and dumped them for the more efficient Kishiro. It took months and months of deliberation with the Kanzler and and the representative of their state shipping, RepEx, to include them as distributors. Simply put, these matters are not trivial.
If there comes a time that GMG needs to let go of one of it's distributors then perhaps there is a chance for a shipping company of Bowex's size and class to be able to step and take over. But if Bretonia, in the future, feels like it's in a state of fuel emergency and in threat of being "wiped from the face of Sirius" then it should be your Queen contacting me about said emergency and negotiating with me and my colleagues on what GMG can do to help. I've sat and talked multiple times with Kanzlers and Emporers concerning not just fuel agreements but border discussions as well. I'm certain that the imminant destruction of her house would be motivation enough for the Queen to be able to approach me as well. Sorry to offend but a hefty weight of credibility is needed as I am all too experienced with house corporations looking to line their own pockets.
I will forward a copy of the signed distribution contract signed by the GMG CEO, Kishiro CEO and RepEx CEO to help assure you that Bretonnia is covered and need not worry.

Good morning Ms Raikoke
I do hope I have pronounced that correctly. When I said Bretonia would wiped out that would be an absolute worst case scenario in which Rheinland closes the omega border eliminating any and all trade between Rheinland and Bretonia for a year after that.
I like to thank you for providing a cc of this deal.
Now while I do understand the importance of carefully nurtured relations. I do believe Bowex could offer you something I elaborate further down.
Now seeing as we have amicable relations with Liberty and relations between Kusari and Liberty have become sour lately, we at Borderworlds Exports could offer a potentially lucrative market seeing as liberty has been starved of H-Fuel I am sure they would pay top credit for H-Fuel and I am certain that this does not infringe upon Repex right as sole distributer to Bretonia as we would be distributing only to Liberty property. As you said
Quote:What we are experiencing is one of our distributors is effectively defaulting on their end of our distributor contract.
In regards to this situation.
Upon further review I have spotted this term
Quote:"This contract has one Sirius year from the date of this contract. At the end of the term both parties are prompted to renew or renegotiate. If this contract is not renewed by the owner at the end of this term then this contract is terminated".
Upon reviewing the date of which I belive it is last year I ask you has this contract been renewed by either repex or kishro ?
