Known Criminal/Terrorist ID users?

Are there any still in use? I was just oggling them at the Guard station.

I know Necrosis left, are there any ongoing RP's that use these ID's? I'd really like to read their stories... The whole 'rouge terrorist' thing kinda stopped happening after Necrosis left... Well, the Joker should have one but that's another story.

And YES: I know about the Special Request Directory.

The Admins don't like giving them out at all.


And the Criminal ID is one that repninjas you hostile to all, and has no tractor, and you can't engage anyone with it, as it has no real ID rules.

I've run across two or three Terrorist ID's in the past few months. They're few and far between, as they should be, but still being used.
