The vessel was last seen heading to Liberty.
Republican Shipping, in a hurried attempt to end this embarrassing debacle, has purged docking codes that would permit the ship and crew to re-fuel, repair or use the lavatory at any of their bases.

Now i know admin team is biased. I submitted a half dozen reports for this exact thing in last few weeks,and no sanctions.
I bet the RM failed to mention i just left that base with those goods,and right outside it he said drop them. I pick up H-fuel from the base. Get outside,and he wants me to drop them? Seriously? So i redock at a Civilian base not military,or police,and get sanctioned. Yet 10 smugglers a day dock on Manhattin,and we file reports,and not a dam thing. So which admin was in the RM fighter? Cause this screams of favortism.
PS. YES I AM BLOODY PISSED. Not for the sanction,but the complete bias,and favortism here.
PPS. At no point did he RP locking the base,or removing docking rights. He just yelled do not dock,while an NPC BS was shooting at me. He also took my Blood diamonds 2 minutes earlier at JH,and fined me 2mil. I bet he also left that out. This like being pirated 2 times,and then sanctioned.
In the circumstances, I think the punishment is relatively mild but that clearly is not what irks you.
You were sanctioned based on what was submitted, which shows you docking in the circumstances described above. If you have evidence to the contrary, please submit it.
PS Your charge that there was some bias in this is noted, but laughable. I don't even know you, or the player who reported you.
PPS Nor would I like to, based on what you allege the other player did and the paranoid and hostile tone you have taken with me for imposing role-play consequences for roleplay actions.
[RM]-Ge.Kai.Siegfried here. It's generally not a good idea to smuggle blood diamonds under the nose of an RM bomber. Worse is the idea to do this as a junker while the ban of junker cargo shipping for most commodities is in effect. The worst idea yet is to, while said RM bomber is following you to planet hamburg for some R and R, pick up cargo which you then declare is heading directly for liberty.
I hope this puts things into perspective so that you can get over crying foul.
I claimed the second cargo was for Peurto Rico. That is not Liberty,it is Junker space.
As this seems to be a huge violation,i will start submitting the dozens of screens a day i get from people doing this exact same thing in NY. Landing on Manhattin full of cardi,and artifacts is an hourly thing after being told to halt,and role playing planet is locked down,yet no one ever gets punished for it. THAT is what pissed me off. I was told by admins in my reports as it was not a military,or police planet,base. That police,and military could not lock it down,or stop you from landing their. Yet that is exactly what i get sanctioned for? Base i landed on was not police,or military.
So what i would like. Is for admins to decide which one really applies,and not go back and forth on the subject. As the rule right now is not specific,and admins punish some for this,and not others. THAT is why i got pissed.
You were headed for texas, probably to use the hole there to puerto rico which means that you had cargo bound for libertonian space (unless you'd like to contest the libertonian claim to texas). A cookie cutter case of embargo violation as far as the laws of Rheinland is concerned.
As for your accusations of favoritism among the admins, seeing how all of the single case of oorp docking I've reported has ended in proper rp consequences, I can't say that I see anything wrong with how things are being managed.
Since there's more or less nothing further that you can validly say to contest my report, I consider this matter concluded from my end at least.
I am not upset with you Hekatoncheir. It is the admins. I broke a rule,so be it i will accept punishment. My issue is with them punishing 1 for this,and not all the others that do it hourly in Other systems. I have reported many,and nothing. I know of plenty of others who have done same,and nothing. What i am wondering is if they just pick randon reports,and discard the rest because lately that is exactly what it looks like.
I will state 1 example. Just a couple weeks ago a BHG BC was warned out of Cali,and Then Texas,but refused. So he was ingaged,and then ran,and docked at prisone station outside Houston after being told not to,and RP'n locking the station down. This was reported with my screens,and 2 other Navy players. What happened? not a dam thing.
Another example. A Known smuggler caught outside manhattin with cardi. Refuses orders to drop,and pay fines. He is fired on,then docks at manhattin against no less then 5 lawfuls telling him not to,and RP'n planet locked down. He comes out,is shot,re-docks. Repeats many times. Many send in sanction reports. Results? again. Not a dam thing.
Now only diference's i see is 1/ Liberty over rheinland. 2/ Official faction player,over indies. That is why i yelled favortism. It seems Indies report,and nothing,but Officials report,and boom! sanction. Is this a new rule? Probly not. Or is it you ignore any sanctions i put in?
