Some days ago we went FP10, and we notice that you guys need help! A such remote place in the midle of war between the Outcast and the IMG, is not easy and it gets worst whenattacked by the Gallic Navy, and we can't forget the rumors of a possible invasion by the Gallic! We like to extend our help. How you may ask? Suplies ... for now! My ship is a Conference, so i can't carry too much cargo but i have a friend that may help since his ship has a bigger cargo hold. So ... what you need most? H-Fuel? Food? Weapons? No extra charge of course.

Thank you very much for your offer there Sir... I have heard some report's about the Gallic's nearby, but not attacked by one as of yet. I do grow scared of what could happen in the future in regards to Freeport 10. However, you are indeed correct Sir, that Freeport 10 are in need of help. Namely help for supplies, and on a fair few occassion's someone watching the Station. I have noticed you are a Zoner yourself Viriato, and is your friend one too? If it is the case I would like to extend my hand in you being part of the small team that run the station. Most of us are Freeport 10 born and breed, some not so. I hope you are able to join in such ways as it help's Freeport 10. If you do please make sure that I would be able to contact you via S K Y P E nueral net service's, for which I hope you understand what I mean by that.
My friend is indeed a Zoner, and he has a BWTransport. For now i'm on the Omicrons but when you may need i can go to FP10. But please tell me what you need. No need to have extra charges. May i give you some sugestions? H Fuel is always important. note only for ships but also for generators. Food is also important as also some basic stuff for the station like alloys, engine components, ship panels, i may also get some iridium and some nuclear devices. These two are important for defense, mainly the nuclear devices to boost the shields generators. If you don't have shields ... please see what did happen on FP1 and FP9. Let's avoid the mass killing shall we?
Another thing i have to ask... to short the distance my friend may need to pass by Outcast territory... i know that i need to ask permition but do you think that there will be any problem?

Good Evening Sir.
I shall start simply by saying thank you for your reply. Next is of what we do not need, of which id Food ration's as we are able to grow food with in our biomes. I have also concluded a list of goods that we do require.
Water - 5,000 units
Oxygen - 5,000 units
H-Fuel - 2,000 units
Consumer Goods - 2,000 units
Pharmaceuticals - 1,000 units
Nuclear Device's - 1000 units
Fertilizers - 2000 units
Light arms - 1000 units
Luckily we had our sheild replaced a few months ago as the old one was faulty. I myself am always scared of that they may be an Nomad attack and so are our resident's. Anti-Nomad Defense is what I continue to maintain that was put in place by Mr Lovecrepe. Fertilizers are obviously for our biomes, allowing us to grow food for ourselves as well as provide food for our stations livestock.
In relation to the Outcasts I do not believe you do need to gain Permission to transport any of the above goos, or usage of a transport or g=Gunboat class vessels. However please make sure you do halt when asked, if a Outcast does decide that he is unhappy with the explaination given, simple ask them to escort you to where you came from and contact myself, whom I will then talk to the Outcast Government to sort the matter out for yourself. However in the case that does happen, I would require proof of the incident.
Currently we have no repair facilities, so I do not know what we could feasible do with related goods.
