Merkosh has been sanctioned for breaking the following rule

You can't tell people "no, you can kill me and i will report you on the forum for OOC". This is breaking both rule 3.3 (out of character chat) and 3.4 (threatening to report).
If you think they are doing something wrong and it really bothers you, report it. Do not threaten to report them to avoid piracy or fights.

Can I get a full conversation with that player, where I wrote that, because it wasn't meant like that. I just warned the player, that he was not playing RP. So in the future I won't write like that.
