& cam mantain them by paying monthly rent to ADMINS or the house or group which owns that system wheremy station is located or where my factioned owned system is

Of cource when the faction will be destroyed
System/station will be sold to another faction

Well to my understanding, an official faction may purchase a guard system previously owned by another official that is now dead. If that is what you ask anyways.
