Kusarian Civilian Ships

Recently, I wanted to create an IMG ID'd Geisha Liner, for an upcoming ICMG RP project.

However, I noticed the "Kusarian Civilian Technology Council" thread.

Does this mean that ID's which have green cells on the tech chart, for Kusarian Civilian ships, must go through the council to obtain such ships? Or, can such ID's (like the IMG ID) use those ships without asking the tech council?

Nope, you don't need to ask them.

It was put into place because of all the people who fly Kusari civilian ships with Liberty/Rheinland Corporate IDs, as far as I know.

The thread is for people who have white cells to Kusari Civilian on the tech chart...green cells are still free for use.

Indeed, there ar no restriction placed on Kusari ships that have not already been covered by the rules.
