Well, intentional scamming can still get people in trouble so consequences are there.
The lender just won't be reimbursed in case of loss with money that comes out of thin air.
Cause there are a lot of "loaners" giving money to people who was sanctioned a lot of times and the loaners excepting that money will be returned O_o. And admins tired to judge who is right who isn't and so on. So just choose men who will receive the loan more carefully
Loans are now considered to be policed by the players themselves in the roleplaying environment. The hypocrisy lies with ships and guns not existing in said environment, but being controlled by the Admins.
Is this (relatively) new approach a sign that the rules will start backing off, allowing us the freedom to roleplay to the game engine's full potential?
