Samuran Convoy attacked by Rheinland Military

Today, at around ten to 5 pm, GMT 0, my convoy was attacked by a rheinland military gunboat. I was so concerned by the situation that I took around 50 screenshots, mostly of him firing on and destroying one of the vessels in the convoy. Now, the best way to show this is with the screenshots. They are from both ships in the convoy. There was also a witness to this misconduct my the military, the witnesses name was Grailer_Diomede, This witness had not yet made a forum account as he had "Just jumped into this mod," Quoted from my discussion with him after the Samura|-Heiwa.Kyaria's destruction. However due to this incident he has just created one, also under the name of Grailer_Diomede. I managed to save the Samura|-Myoko from being destroyed by going oorp and telling the RM in question what he was doing was against the rules and that he would be punished. He seemed to be unaware of the rules, as the screenshots show. I must of taken about 50 screenshots, but my image hoster takes a while to upload them, so the unnecesary ones arent there.

As you can see, RM|Cotopes_R had no regard to the rules or anything else for that matter. And I doubt he was a newbie, considering he was flying a rheinland gunboat. I want him prosecuted. If any other infomation is required. Please do ask.
