I doubt that he posted it somewhere else, as he still has only one post, but I've seen strange post counts (i.e. people who've made multiple posts outside of Flood, but still have a low post count that doesn't go up when I see them post).
I didn't post earlier, as I hadn't seen a sanction posted about him. However, I haven't been keeping up on the sanction threads lately, as there have been too many. I've looked through the first four pages of the RP 24/7 Player Sanctions forum without finding a sanction of starflier/starflyer.
As for masterbratak's typos -- Dude, I didn't want to beat up on the newbie, not to mention that Master Bratak is an old Jaffa who deserves respect from the Tau'ri.
