I've never been fond of long winded messages when the issue can be summed up quite simply.
My name is Darren Lathrop and I am a Freelancer. Myself and a colleague are looking into technologies and as such I am contacting the Guild to inquire about obtaining such technology in the department of weaponry. Most notably, I have taken an interest in gaining permission for six GMG 'Skyblast B' Photon Blaster's. The proposal is that should you accept my offer two will be mounted on my vessel, a CTE-6000 Civilian Heavy Fighter and another two will be mounted on my colleague's ship, another CTE-6000. My colleague goes by the name 'Discord' and like myself, they are a Freelancer. The third pair will be kept in reserve till such a time as they are required. If they are intended for another ship in my wing of fighters I will naturally inform you and hopefully there will be no issues.
However, down to business as it were. What I can offer is the promise of no hostile action against the GMG. Such actions would be detrimental to further technology deals I might plan to negotiate with you. The main thing I seek in the usage of these guns is freedom. As such I will open with the offer of one million credits for the usage of each individual gun, subject to change in both directions. I would be eager to hear a reply from you based on whether you feel this is an acceptable deal or not.
So without further delay, let the negotiations commence.

If you are both able pilots this should be an easy request to fullfill, do so and the guns are yours.
