Maybe I should have worded it differently - the Corsairs may have more numbers, but they dont control as much territory and have never had the fleet presence that the outcasts do.

On the one hand the Corsairs glassed Cork, but on the other hand it WAS a Molly planet, and the Outcasts worship Nomads.

On the one hand Corsairs are not guilty about Cork as it was Mollys fault due to mining on the surface and on the other hand Outcast just respects Nomads as higher advance creature and does not worship them.

Uhh... No, it's the other way around, the Corsairs have larger fleets, more ships and control more territory, the Outcasts have more allies, slightly more advanced tech (when it comes to ships), and an extremely effective way of controlling people (Cardamine).

The Corsairs control much more territory than the Outcasts do as the Outcasts are hemmed in on one side by the IMG and Kusari, and on the other by the Corsairs and the GMG, the 'sairs on the other hand have sprawled throughout the Omegas, Omicrons and Sigmas.

Though the one major advantage the OCs have though is that they have a large web of alliances and groups who are subject to them, the Corsairs tend to be inherently bad at diplomacy (due to the mentality of racial superiority and their belief in their right to rule Sirius by force), meaning they only have a few alliances, enough to support themselves. The OCs though are able to spread their influence throughout all the houses, and manipulate people to their will, the Corsairs tend to just try and kill people who get in their way, which is far less effective when dealing with people that are not right next to you.


Basically, both groups have their strengths, the Outcasts' strength is their ability to control and manipulate people through Cardamine, the Corsairs strength is brute force and their rather Spartan outlook on life, a result of living on such a harsh planet. Though as to the question of who is more 'evil', I'd say the Outcasts, because as scary as staring down over 9000 Legates can be, being manipulated by people and having no choice but serving them is much scarier IMO.
