To IMG leadership, Revised Dublin Mining Treaty.

Greeting again, it's been sometime since we've last been in communication. Which I take to be good news and that everything is running smotthly.

However....
Due to changes in yields and prices for gold ore, I'm proposing a new agreement to replace the old one which has been loosely in effect until now and also because of recent events with independent IMG miners in Dublin and Molly forces.

For allowing IMG the use of the Arramore/molly gold ore fields in Dublin I propose following terms are to be followed:

1) Official IMG| miners in Dublin are to pay a fee of 1,000,000 credits to the molly to continue mining, which lasts for the remainder of the that day.
Unofficial 'indie' IMG miner are to pay 2,000,000 credits.

2) IMG transports/storage facilities will buy gold ore from the MMC at a fixed price of 4200 credits per unit.

3) IMG ships can use Arranmore base as an emergency dock if are being attacked by non Molly forces.

4) Any breach in this agreement by either side is to be recorded and brought to the other side to be dealt with. IMG refusing to pay the tax will be ordered to drop their ore, fined, and removed from the field. Unwarranted attacks on IMG by Mollys are to brought to the attention of the MMC to be determined on whether the action was justified.

I believe this to be fair enough for the continued safe use of the ore rich Molly fields and fixed certain loopholes in the previous agreements.

On behalf of the IMG, I am entitled to give the IMG's consent to that proposal of the Molly Mianadóir Corparáid.

The new contract seems much more suitable to the environment of Dublin and I also like that the potential of misinterpretation and thus incidents between IMG and Mollys has been greatly reduced.

The IMG will honour that agreement and will continue working in close cooperation with the Molly miners.

I am looking forward to meeting your MMC miners in the Arranmore mining area.
