its out...i think it sucks...no dynamic growth like the other Sim Cities...just plop buildings till all your numbers match up correctly

EDIT: can get a gold medal in a certain category in a matter of a couple hours.

you can download user created mods and what not...i didn't see any option for playing with or a against people.
