The events of this story are occuring in the near future and they end in the exact moment where the king of Gallia
gives a speech adressed to whole Sirius, as mentioned in this thread in post 2 under the Conquest motives.
Since this is the near future, i'll use this story as a bridge from 4.85 to 4.86. As the title says, questions
