Well, personally i do help new players. But only once, unless it's a quick "hey i need 1mil" type of thing. And of course you would be allowed to help anyone. Everyone helps each other in the CBF.

On the MacDowells, you broke my character Alvarez's heart once, don't know about that. However I have seen your RP, it is great and high calibre.
Now onto the Maquis, I know of the NPC faction, but tell me of your spin on it?
The Maquis are sociopathic freedom fighters whose one goal is the freedom of Gallia through any means necessary. Bombings, massacres, and unorthodox bombings are the main tools of the trade.
My spin off places the Maquis into what I call immoral sanity. These are people who just don't care. It's not that they're crazy or that they're out of their minds, it's that they're sociopaths and zealots who weigh more in their own interests instead of human rights. Some could probably describe them as air-headed or absent-minded at times. They often ramble.
Our goal? If it's Royal, it dies. Unless they convert to the Maquis or the Council, they are dog food.
