Greetings, Dane,
First of all, thank you for the hospitality aboard Freeport 1 while we were there over the course of the week. It took us a bit longer to get things set up and readied but all went well in the end.
Freeport 1's medical facilities got a facelift with a new surgical ward and medical equipment through out. A portion of the bio-dome was also set up to home grow some medicins. Left behind were four [TAZ]Medical personell to keep a 24/7 watch there. They are commanded by Dr. Alfonse Calidrese. I think you will find them to be very professonal and dedicated. Since Freeport 1 is in such a volatile area, I have left orders for them to remain armed with side-arms and I updated their hand-to-hand training. I hope they won't have to use either.
Dr. Holliday has informed me that he will visit the base soon to see how things are going and to speak with you. He knows the stress that you're under and hopes his wisdom will help. I look forward to seeing you again in the future.
Commander Sarah Coyle

*chuckle* Thanks for the dinner, if sharing a couple of mess trays loaded with Roman's "Army Lasagna" in a half built commissary, can be called dinner. I enjoyed the the talk, and hopefully you can come by again. I promise next time, we'll be able to scrounge up a more fitting meal.
With you med techs you left behind, they're about the only on this station I'm letting have weapons, and everyone knows why, and is cool with it. Back before the Privus and Patriarch, this station used to be a haven for criminals. Keeping guns out should help stop that from happening again. Plus, it takes more effort to club a man and kill him, then a gunshot - and stray bullets can always cause yet more damage.
things are looking to be quiet around here, and soon, we should have some semblance of peace & quiet.
Let Doc know that if he comes to visit, let me know when. Still busy with the rebuilding, and other little crises, so I wouldn't want to miss the visit. He's welcome on board at any time, and so are you. Always.
Thanks again. You've made our lives here that much brighter.
