"Greetings, Red Hessian gentlemen. I represent what is known as The Deadpool, and we have decided on a proposition of high value towards both our parties. Simply spoken, I am brokering a deal with you good men, for the hopes we might expand our reach from beyond the current confines. I am ready to offer two special data vaults currently stored on our mobile operations base.
"One of these data vaults holds critical weapons data of your enemy's weapons, this list is detailed and has a spectrum from sabotage to planet-side warfare. Volumes of data on what assault weapons go to which region, and which military units deploy them. Naval weapons ranging from capital vessels, down to light fighter load outs. All of the data vault is comprised of Rheinland Military data, and has been severed from the neural network so that it's existence remains unknown, and it's contents unharmed.
"As for the other vault, it contains valuable mining industry secrets that are being employed by various mining companies across legal Sirius areas. I offer this as well to cement our willingness to be more than just one-time partners, and for our hopes to form a lasting partnership,
"As for the problem I mentioned before. We find ourselves restricted in our abilities without safe harbor in distant places, such as the Omega sectors. We are independent, but highly capable, and that independence will become a burden as we seek to travel outwards, to pursue larger and more distant goals across known Sirius.
"So, as to be clear, we beseech your acceptance for our use of your stations across Rheinland space and the Omega systems. With your consent, we may begin aspiring towards more meaningful goals. In exchange for these data vaults, of course, and our willingness to assist the Red Hessian cause with our unique abilities against your enemies.
"We will eagerly await your response to our offer, and are willing to negotiate further if need be."

Greetings, Hackers.
We have discussed your request at length. I needed some time to gather information about your group.
Your command ship, the Deadpool, can indeed be granted mooring rights on our bases after the information exchange has been concluded. However, I also need to inform you in case you don't already know: Omega-5 is a battlefield. Corsairs will pick off lone capital ships there and our front is big enough that we may not be able to mobilise in time to counter each and every one of their offensives, so it would be best if you avoided the place.
As to the exchange: state an appropriate time. The place will be of course Dresden, where it is safe. Exact coords will be given by us before the time of the meeting. I hope for no surprises.

[color=#660000]"We have no qualms towards harmless research into our former endeavors, and there will be no surprises when this exchange is made. There is too much to gain from both our parties when we strike a deal of cooperation. We will be relocating to a lightly patrolled sector in Dresden, and will be preparing the data vaults for safe transfer. I hope you understand how sensitive massive data storage can be.
"We are not against your party designating a time for exchange. Our schedule is quite open, given the re-assessment of our directives. Expect further contact from us soon, until then."
