Well, I finally bought myself a Travel diary. Seems funny to have one but I must record what I see if I am to have any hope of remembering it. Okay, to start let's record my history up until now. Born on Planet Cambridge in the North Cambridge Private Hospital to Patrick and Jann Church. Muddled through my life until I entered University, My parents decided that I should do a business degree but I wanted to do one on Ancient History, Unfortunately they got their way and I never really enjoyed myself until I dropped out of University.

After I dropped out at Age 20, I drifted for a few weeks with little or no purpose. I ended up near a space port and after watching the ships for three days decided that I wanted to try that. I immediately headed toward the loans office and ended up one Startracker and 8,500 credits ahead.

I quickly traded up from my Startracker into a Rhino and from there into a Camara. During this time I found little to no place for my fascination with History. After trading for near on a year in my Camara I had paid back my debt to the loans office and amassed a considerable fortune. Deciding to at last trade up, I began to look into new ships. The Border Worlds Transport caught my eye as particularly desirable.

I headed to Planet Gran Carina to make my purchase and while on-planet gained a considerable appreciation for the Zoner way of life. I decided that I wanted to live like them, having as few enemies as possible and not showing any particular faction favour. Of course I will always hold somewhat of a soft spot for Bretonia but when all is said and done I had decided to become a completely free agent.

Today I went into Gallic space for the first time. I found to my dismay that my reception was every bit as cold among the lawful factions as I had heard. I made out of there quick smart and headed to the Less lawful bases to perform a bit of quick trading and get out. Along the way I encountered several traders performing the same function as I, none of them were particularly chatty.

Today I made another foray into Gallia, this time however I did not go alone. I was escorted by a former SCRA member Sonja Kerensky. Along the way we got to talking and an interesting fact that I had not been aware of was put forward, namely that the SCRA was once allied with the Corsairs. We parted on good terms after a run through Gallia and down to Gran Carina and then Back to Kepler and Ames Research Station.

Today I met a young man called Enain Mundi, he also was attempting to get out from under parental rule as I once had, albeit he was much more proactive than I was. I ended up giving him the cash to start himself off and I hope that he soon becomes a fine trader.

Today I was travelling through the omega systems, and found myself at the mercies of the Benitez family of Corsairs, sensing an opportunity to gather knowledge I immediately began querying about the version of history that seemed to be most prevalent within the corsair community. The version was that the Hispanic ship was not damaged by Coalition saboteurs as was initially thought, the corsairs believe that the ship was sabotaged because Sirius was already divided when the original colonists escaped Sol. Truly a fascinating perspective on a tragic event.

Today I took a shipment to Freeport 10 in Omicron Delta where I first encountered the ships called Nomads, they were odd ships, seeming to be organic rather than mechanical and did not respond to any of my hails. After fleeing to the safety of the Freeport I loaded up on Iridium and set out for Scarborough Station in Newcastle. The trip there was largely uneventful except for encounters with various Corsairs that all seemed to be on errands of great importance as none stopped to chat. After loading up on Super Alloys at Scarborough I made my way to Nuremburg where I hope to spend some days enjoying the local Sights before setting out again.

Well, I have been busy sorting out my new paperwork and ship purchase so I haven't had the time to write an enrty lately so I will have to catch up. Just 2 days ago I finished my rest stop on Planet Nuremberg and checked my bank balance and found it quite pleasing. I decided that I would trade in my Border World Transport for a larger ship. I decided to check around and see what was avaliable. Naturally, as I have something of a fondness for Zoner ships I decided to see what they had on offer first.

I headed to Omicron-74 to check out the Zoner shipyards there and decided to once and for all aligh myself with them. So I purchased Zoner Guard Identification paperwork and set about familiarising myself with the system. On Livida shipyards I first saw the ZBT-1000Z, more commonly known as the "Zoner Whale". It was such a beautiful ship that without even checking the others I knew that this was the ship for me to do the bulk of my trading in.

Having purchased my new ship I immediately set out with high hopes. I decided to head to the Gallic independant Systems to collect Nanocapacitors for Gran Carina. On the way to Carina I encountered the trader Aun'va Necrontyr, a Zoner of Outcast descent who expressed an interest in trading together.

We amde our way through several systems, chating idly along the way. We talked of such things as our views on the independant AI that have their home in Omicron Kappa. After making stops in various freeports along the route we discovered the Jinkusu New Eden being harassed by some Liberty Police officers. Well, me and Aun'va came along and helped to smooth things out and eventually the New Eden was cleared to travel by Officer Brown of the LPI.

After we parted ways in Sigma 13 I decided to continue on for a short rest at Kepler. After this i spent some time trading with some most excellent OSI members who explained a little of what their geoup is about.

I have now joined the OSI! I set up my application and filled out the recruitment package. It has been most interesting filling out the OSI contract work to supply various Freeports. I also met a Unioner who was asking donations. However as I was unable to ascertain that the money would be used for non-violent purposes I was able to negotiate that I would supply the Pacifica base with 5000 Units of both Oxygen and food rations.

Well, I have had no shortage of things to keep me busy during my short time in OSI. I have been involved in many goods deliveries to various Freeports and am even going to be delivering to some Gallic stations soon. Well, as soon as I can line up a transport to ferry goods to and from my ship.

I am currently involved in supplying Samura Heavy Industries' Planet Kurile for a contract.

Well, I have finished off a lot of work on the OSI contracts. It has been quite profitable to me. I have since acquired two more ships, one of them is a second whale, I have christened it the OSI-Skyfall and another is a Borderworld Transport, like the ship I shuck with for much of my solo career. This ship has been christened the Skriker after the Black dog of England from history.

The Skyfall and Skriker have both been fitted with slave systems that allow me to fly them remotely from my personal ship the OSI-Gytrash. I am planning on having this system installed on my personal Yacht when I purchase it.

I am considering purchasing a personal Yacht, something along the lines of a Luxury Liner or perhaps a Corvo Cruiser. Regardless I must continue to document my travels.

I have made several forays into Gallic space, both in person and by proxy while remote piloting my ships. I have noticed that they seem to be nice enough people. However there is an undercurrent of hostility that I pick up. The merchants are like merchants everywhere and seem to only be looking for the fastest money.

I have had several cordial encounters with the Gallic authorities and unlawful factions alike.

Unfortunately I had a less than cordial experience with some pirates calling themselves freedom fighters, the name of their little group eludes me but they appeared to just want to steal ym H-fuel. But at least they were nice about it.

That's all I can think of for now.
