Ok, so I tried setting a custom resolution for the game using a -dx thing. After doing so, the ingame font changed and everything got all grainy/bumpy. I enabled my graphics card acceleration (filtering/AA) but the fonts and menus still look like crap. I removed the -dx option, reinstalled freelancer and the mod, etc. and it's still broken.
