Greetings, I have been playing Discovery MP for several months but still have some questions & I want to know what do the community think. A month ago I finally became a part of the SA as I always wanted. Everything was going just find until I spotted a criminal ship. I know I have to ask him to leave Liberty & I have to engage only if he refuses. But the problem is that till I write this in the Comm channel Ill most probably get killed before I can make up my mind what to do( or in other words my keyboard writing is very slow). For the same reason I missed to catch a couple of smugglers. Ill be pleased if someone tell me how to deal with this. What should I do?
And another thing. Since I got my name changed I lost my ability to be invited from a distance. Can this be solved someway?
The last thing I want to ask is how to call the others from the SA & LSF. Im an advanced English learner but I dont know many ways to express this. When I want to say hi, should I say just say it, or should I say something like Good day sir! or something. I dont know much expressions that are used in the army so Ill be pleased if someone tells me how to express myself.
Thank you!

salutation, are usually greetings for me.
For Xing and his SCRA buddies, it'd be Greetings comrads.
So for SA, I guess it'd be something like Greetings pilots (among equals and those inferior in ranks), and greetings sir (to those above you)
write your words before approaching a crime ship. Always check the chat windows to check those in same system than you.

There is no other way, u must learn writing fast, which isn't easy when english isn't your native tongue. And btw it isn't hard to notice if someone is typing so he should let you RP or even annouce that he is engaging.

I don't get what you mean. If you want to invite someone who isnt in range of you sight you have to type "/ids" , then look for ID number and then type "/i$someone'snumber"

When you are role playing as your character you are obligated to talk as the character that you play. So if you meet somone with higher rank then you "Good day sir!" is in it's place. Otherwise you may greet people by saying: "Hail" "Hi" "Hello comrade" etc.
And sorry for not expressing myself so clearly. I meant that since my name was changed no one can invite me from a distance. Can this problem be solved someway?

Saying "Hail" aeronautically implies you are ordering them to submit their designation to you. So, "Hello", "Ello" "Konichiwa" "Guten tag" "Ciao" or "Yehsu" all work well.

Didn't we already have this discussion? "Hail" does not necessarily imply that. See here.
You can only be invited to a group after a name change by being within targeting distance and the other party using the assigned hotkey. Otherwise, you have to be the one to do the inviting.
Type out short messages and hope that the other person realizes that you are typing and will cut you some slack. If they are trying to get away from you, there is probably no chance that they will stop though.
