Hola! Just kidding, I'm not a dirty Corsair. Either way, you know who this is and the cabbage I represent. See, look out your window. I'm waving. Anyway, back down to business.
Grand Master of the Trade Dankien Moebus,
After a lot of rallying; mainly a lot of people inside the biodome scabbing cabbages here and there, I have decided it is in The Nine's best interests to formalise our trade agreement.
Now for some time after the uh, incident in which stupidity happened, you've been supplying us. I think that's quite good. For me, I get cabbage, pretty free reign over a station in the aspects I care about and cabbage. I might have mentioned that already. Oh well. The Omicroners get high political influence, a dominant ninety nine percentile voting and influential populace and another base to use.
Works for me. Works for you. So, let's put it in writing. Of course, I'm a little greedy, so I'm asking for a bit more. We already have some patrols coming out of the nine by your ships. We want more. We want a deal that if crap goes down, ten Juggernauts will rip a hole through Sirius before The Nine falls. So Dankien, you'll probably need to contact the rest of your big group and have some meeting or something. That's how it's done right? Get back to me.
Long live The Nine! And the cabbage! And me! And the cabbage again! Wooooo! I love this microphone. Come here microphone....let me love you....

on a different subject - but since we got you on the line mr Rotch .... i am sure you won t mind when i will deploy the Persephone deep inside the Napo cloud. we ll need to test a new sensor array, which measures particly movement in dense space like nebulas to act as an early warning system.
furthermore, i d like to reserve a lay space in the FP9 domes for some biological experiments.
although the Persephone suffered extended damage due to a laboratory accident 3 months ago - we tracked down the mistake and i ensure you that no such dangerous experiments will be conducted.

I've received your message and I agree we should formalize our relations.
I've written some terms for an agreement between our two parties and I'm now waiting for the other Omicroners seniors to endorse it. It should take a few days before I send you a proposal.

Great Elderess Cannon Master Tate,
I have heard of your ship and your greatness. One of the true Zoners, even moreso than the cabbage you represent. I won't mind at all what you do in the Napo cloud, I hear Corsair heads are the currency there. May you make a lot of money there. You can easily have your space; section seven of the second biodome should do you well.
I ask however that you use your influence to get as much military support for The Nine as possible. We might not need it now, but the Corsairs have a mindless thirst that will not go away until they drown in their own blood. Or I fire enough cabbages at them. But I love cabbage, so let's not do that okay?
Yeah, that, and all that's done. Safe journeys and good luck. I hope your research will prove useful for those of us ordained in the blood of cabbage out here.

Omicroners Senior
Grand Master of the Trade Dankien Moebus,
Rejoice I do for your willingness to contact, and your supplies which have allowed the cabbage to flourish.
I have not many worries, for we are both Zoners and the time may turn slowly for us but the when the cabbage does fall and rumble, it will crush all in it's path. Or something like that.
That and Freeport 9 is basically you guys, and you're one bunch that would actually protect your own.
Now, I have to remove my cabbage from biodome 2 to make way for some experimental cabbage. For Emperor Ferguson! Ha ha ha, kidding. For The Nine! Over and out!

A can assure you that Omicroners will do everything they can to protect Freeport 9. However, it would not be wise to promise a specific military fleet because we don't know the number of available pilots at a given time.
So, after discussion with other seniors, what I am proposing is: "Omicroners will defend Freeport 9, as soon as they are informed of an aggression of this station, with all the resources available* at this time. In exchange, Zoners of Freeport 9 will stock and participate to the shipping of required commodities** destined to Omicroners stations***."
If you agree with the terms we will make this contract official immediately.
Definitions:
* Resources available: Omicroners may keep a part of its military fleet to defend Omicron-74 system. Omicroners will send the most appropriate fleet to deal with the threat affecting Freeport 9.
** Required commodities: Consumer goods, Food rations, Fertilizers, Oxygen and Water.
*** Omicroners stations: Freeport XV, Livadia Shipyard, Corinth Research Station, Sparta Station.
I received the terms and all is well. Signed on the dotted line. I also drew this great drawing showing this OSI nutcase and a Corsair Elder involved in this most interesting position. Do give it a looksee. I'm sure the Great Ferguson will be pleased.
Pleasure doing business, and no doubt I'll see you soon. Cabbage.

Ok, great.
I will inform the rest of the omicroners about this.
(Looking at the drawing)
Oh... mmm, "interesting" is indeed the word, I am sure James will enjoy this drawing in his office.
Cheers
