Howdy Doc. This is Harley Kent. I've been working with the Rheinlanders for come on to the second month now, shootin up all types of vermin and law breakers. The first interaction I ever got with a zoner was when we 'sported this ship with your turrets.
In Omega 11 the varmint first, he agreed to hand over people, slaves mind you, 75 people to a nomad infested Wild pilot. Do you people know what those squids DO to us? I didn't think for one second that was some Rheinalnd secret ops guy. No one in their right mind holds Nomads in their ship.
I thought I dun convinced a Hessian Gunship that people are more important than grudges and it seemed to just head off to Omega 7
Finally, when the Zoner transport agreed to return to yer Freeport in omega 3, it tried to pull a fast one on me, to get me enter Omega 7 first so that Hessian could jump me.
Now ya'll got no idea how itchin I was to hull one of your zoner guard transports but I had to turn my attentions to the Hessian Gunboat that zoner hired to defend its sorry hide as it dropped the slaves at the Hessian base.
Bein a law man, I know it's not all about me, and I did my part and laid not a holster on that Zoner transport.
But now I gota let Rheinalnd know yer so-called neutrality includes Assisting the infected members of the Wild, assisting and hiring Hessians for defensive cover while transportin people against their will to hell's unknown.
So now what are you and the other Zoners gona do about this Doc?
Hey there Harley. You should know me, Im a friend of Marshall's, and I think we even paled around O7 once, back when I flew The Summer.
What your describing here is...well, something that is an occupational hazard. Harley, one thing that is both a blessing and a curse, is that every Zoner you meet out there, is his own man, his own captain, at the helm of his own destiny. Zoners left law and order behind, and most of us just to find some peace and quiet in our lives, to find true freedom on this galaxies ragged edge.
So you can see where Im going with this. A long time ago there was some sort of ruling council that did see to these kind of affairs, but us Zoners tend to chafe at control.
I cant speak for the captain of that transport. I detest slavery just as much as you do, and I DO NOT allow it on my station, not ever. You mentioned he was gonna dock here, and more as like would have, to find shelter from your guns. I wont have slavers here, so next time you see him, give me a notice, and I'll deny his docking access. Plus, breaking house laws aint in the Zoner nature.
Don't think were all like this guy. We arent. And i'd bet you a liberty nickel that near as 100% of us arent either.
Take care out there Harley, and thanks for bringing this to my attention.

Herr Kent....
It seems that you were not the only one to have to deal with this zoner today..Earlier we found such in Hamburg hauling the same cargo right past an amassed fleet of Rheinwher vessels, fortunately he didn't get past us...Seems that this one has been classified under the "N.U.T. J.O.B." section in our books...
As of now until Headquarters is more informed of this, all I can say is that if you spot this vessel doing such again within Rheinland space, prevent such by any means necessary..If combat ensues, contact the nearest transport vessel for recovery and send all recovered civillians to Frieburgh Station in Stuttgart..
Take all necessary precautions in such til Headquarters states so.

Dane then we got issues. Most of us, including Mr. Marshal dun signed a 'do not fire on Zoner ships'' clause that came with equipping those guns on our ships. Frum wut yer saying to me is that with so many of these Zoners being their own independent one man army, aint no reason to abide to that agreement when they dun flip off the law. Did I read that right?
The only reason I felt the Freeport was the best place was the fact that was a zoner.
Well Daniel, good to see the local Police out and about. Also wut ya'll said that makes about the most sense I've hear do far. The law is the law. If the real Zoners dun turned their back to this wolf in Zoner's clothing, then I ain't got no compunction with sending him straight to his merry lord with Zoner guns, as well as any Hessian willin to help such a varmint.
We're good.

Sometimes, when all you want is to gain your freedom, you must be willing to risk it all.
Well, without someone a bit more wiser then me saying otherwise, I'd say talk to whoever wrote you the contract for those guns and see if they take exception to you capping Zoner's who are actively doing something they shouldnt - slaving being something Im pretty sure just about every Zoner out there is against. I don't want to speak for others, but i would have to think they wouldn't mind in this exception.
But yeah, I can see where your issue is.
Best wait till Doc or whoever sold you those guns says there piece on it.
Safe flyin' - and yeah, I meant what I said - if you see this scum trying to dock my station, lemme know.

Kallisti, Sir,
I see that Administrator Summers of Freeport 1 has taken charge of things. I'll be brief. TAZ has no jurisdiction over Freeport 1 or the Omegas. We pass through them but have no real power there.
Slavery? I detest of the practice nor do I allow slavers to land on Baffin bases.
I do thank you for freeing those you did. While I TAZ has no jurisdiction in the Omegas, the medical personnel aboard Freeport 1 are staff of Med.Force. Enterprises so if you wish, they can be checked out there where they will be released to freedom.
I hope this helps.
