I've recently had a change of heart concerning the NFZ situation. Seeing as how many other Freeports have had this change and had sucess thus far, including Freeport 9... I feel it is time for us to change as well.
The NFZ has caused issues for years, and has caused the paperwork on my desk to become increasingly large. The Freeport 11 2k NFZ has been no different from the original 5k NFZ. Therefore...

As of September 11th, 819 A.S...
I am eliminating the NFZ at Freeport 11.

All capital ship fire on the station will be dealt with, if you witness it, please pull you're guncam recorders and send them to me with a description of the circumstances. This will not be used as a pollitical tool to hurt the other, I will make a ruling and that will be that.

That and a Imperii does not recognize any NFZ, so....you are simply confirming our ways.
