I am speaking on behalf of the Buro der Marineintelligenz of Rheinland. You are more than likely surprised by this message. I am here to ask, humbly, of the Zoners of Bethelehem station a favor. Our U-boats have very few places that they can call safe harbor outside of Rheinland space, and I am hoping to remedy that problem.
As you probably already guessed, part of this remedy is your station. It is appropriately placed as to not draw attention from any traffic that would harm our U-boats if they happen to dock on your station, and your station is far enough away from the main trade-lines that Libertonian patrols will never know we were here. We can assure you that we will bring no harm to your station by using your facilities to re-arm and re-equip our vessels.
Again, we will not be basing off of your station. We would merely be using it as a resupply point.
