"Good evening friends, I wish this message was of good tidings, however unfortunately today I bring information that is most troubling. During a routine patrol I spotted a ship travelling to the California Jump Gate in New York. It's markings were concealed however it's IFF Signature resembled that used by members of the Rheinland Military.


It appears the Military is starting to play dirty, we even engaged and destroyed this 'U-Boat' with alittle aid from some 'heavy artillery', this ship seems to be focused on assaulting Liberty Trade Routes and killing purely civilian targets.

We suspect there are more of these ships assaulting Liberty, however at this time we cannot confirm it.
Here is a image of the ship in question, hopefully the RHA will be able to figure out their true motives in Liberty and where they are basing out of in order to strike so close to our home..."

It shouldn't come as a surprise to you that we have known about certain Rheinland operations behind enemy lines for some time. Some of our long distance transports heading through Bretonia picked up more than just rumours and wild stories on some of their trips. However, considering that our Liberty bound transports can typically count on the local friendly elements for protection and California is outside of our main sphere of interest anyway, we did not investigate the matter further. We harbour no love for Liberty, and see no reason to impede these Rheinland privateers against Libertonian trade that we cannot reach ourselves.

However, if you choose to pursue this matter you can count on my assistance... within reason. To start with, I would suggest you contact the local Lane Hackers for any information they might have. They drive a hard bargain, but it's usually worth it. The Rheinlander privateers have been known to operate far away from the Texas battle lines which means they can count on someone within Liberty to give them shelter. The Lane Hackers, being masters of the neural net, should be able to obtain that information.
