Now I've given your fleet a lot of autonomy in hopes you'd prove yourselves efficient, respectable, and above all, loyal to His Majesty. What I have seen these past few months, however, has been improper use of the ships given to your care, a general lack of decency towards others in Gallia, and, it seems, you've done very little to teach your personnel the proper respect they are to use in addressing a superior officer or their king.
I'm becoming very concerned with the way your fleet is operating, and even more concerned with the behavior of your officers. If you want to maintain your semi-autonomy, you'd better start teaching your pilots the proper way to behave.
